MUHAMMAD (SALLAL LAAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM) IS A LAWMAKER

There is a difference between one who knows the law and a lawmaker. One who knows the law refers to that person who is aware of the complete and partial aspects of law. With this he should have the ability to solve a problem from law. An example of this is an attorney or an advocate. These persons are only knowers of the law no matter how intelligent they may be. These persons do not have even the right to make a single change to any law. They are not permitted to change any law that has already been established by the Judiciary, even though they may have the expertise to do so. They draw evidence from laws already established, to make an argument for their case, which debate sometimes for weeks and months, but they cannot change the actual law, and cannot even change the context of such law. An example of this in Islam is the Ulama, who have the knowledge of the fundamentals and principles of Shariah (Islamic law).

The Holy Prophet (Salalaho Alaihi Wasallam) has the power of Giving Benefits and Loss

1. Some misguided persons believe that the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) is powerless, that he does not possess the power to give benefit or cause loss to anybody.

2. The belief of the Ahle Sunnah Wal Jama'at is that Sayyiduna Rasoolullah (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) has been blessed by Allah Ta'ala with the powers to give benefit or loss to anybody if he wishes.

To call on and ask a Prophet or Wali for help

Such a practice is also labelled as Shirk in Dars-e-Tauheed although to indulge in such an act, keeping in mind that a Prophet is only a Prophet and a Wali is only a Wali, is in no way Shirk. This act only becomes a Shirk if one gives the Prophet or Wali a Godly status. Thus, consider the following incidents: -

Shah Waliallah Sahib Muhaddith Dehlawi (Rahmat-Allah) makes the following invocations to the Prophet (Sallal Laahu Alaiehi wa Sallam)
O, the best of all creations, the blessing of Allah be on you,O, restorer of hope and the best of all granters,

Why Do We Pray?
WHY DOES MAN NEED TO PRAY?

After a long and hectic day at work, how difficult it is for a tired person to stand on the prayer-mat and concentrate on his prayers to Allah Almighty. Snuggled in a warm and cozy bed, how difficult it is to get up at the call of Mu'adhdhin: "Come to prayer, come to success."

please gives comment about this wounderful post

The Sun will Rise from the West!! (Scientific Proof)

As the strong belief of we Muslims is that when the sun will rise from west rather than east, that time will be the biggest identity of The Day of Judgement (Qayamah). And the door of Forgiveness will be closed on that day.

The science of astronomy states that the speed of planet Mars has been decreasing in its course towards the eastern direction in the few past weeks to the level we notice the 'waver' between the east and the west. And on Wednesday the 30th of July the planet movement stopped going toward the eastern direction..! !!

Be careful about your tongue....

Ibn Umer [RA] said the Messenger [SAW] said ' Do not speak much without the Zikr of Allah for indeed much talk without the Zikr of Allah hardens the hearts.' [Thirmithi]

Abu Musa al-Asharee [R A] said 'O Messenger of Allah [SAW], which of the Muslims r better ? The Messenger of Allah [SAW] said ' Those who do not harm the Muslim with their tongues & hands.' [ S.alBukharee (1?10) - s.Muslim (1/64)

Imaam ash-Shafiee [Rah A] said ' if u wish to speak then it is upon you to think before you speak. if you think there is gud in it then you should speak & if not then do not speak.'

Fudayl ibn 'Iyyad [RA] said two things make the heart very hard, too much speech &too much food.'
These sayings are an advice from the scholars for one searching for salvation against vain talk.We should ask ourselves:
will this saying of mine please Allah.?
will this saying of me bring me closer to Allah?
does this saying earn with it obedience to Allah?
If so then speak

7 Common mistakes usually we make in prayers

7 Common mistakes usually we make in prayers

Listed below are the 7 Common mistakes usually we make in prayers

Mistake 1: Reciting Surat al-Fatiha fast without pausing after each verse. The Prophet (SAW) used to pause after each verse of this surah. (Abu Dawood)

Mistake 2: Sticking the arms to the sides of the body, in rukoo' or sujood, and sticking the belly to the thighs in sujood.

The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "Let not one of you support himself on his forearms (in sujood) like the dog. Let him rest on his palms and keep his elbows away from his body." (Sahih Muslim) . The Messenger of Allah (SAW) used to keep his arms away from his body during rukoo' and sujood that the whiteness of his armpits could be seen (Sahih Muslim).

Mistake 3: Gazing upward during prayer.

This may cause loss of concentration. We are commanded to lower our gaze, and look at the point at which the head rests during sujood. The Prophet (SAW) warned: "Let those who raise their gaze up during prayer stop doing so, or else their sights would not return to them. i.e. lose their eyesight]." (Muslim)

Mistake 4 : Resting only the tip of the head on the floor during sujood.

The Prophet (SAW) said: "I am commanded to prostrate on seven bones the forehead and the nose, the two hands [palms], the two knees, and the two feet." (Sahih Muslim) Applying the above command necessitates resting the forehead and the nose on the ground during sujood.

...:::| "The Different Between Zakaah and Sadqah" | Main » Islamic Section » Islamic articles and news |:::...
The difference between zakaah and sadaqah

Zakaah in Arabic means growth, blessing and purification.
Sadaqah comes from the word sidq (sincerity), i.e. it is a sign of sincerity of faith on the part of the person who gives it.
With regard to the shar’i definition:
Zakaah means worshipping Allaah by giving that which He has enjoined of different kinds of zakaah to those who are entitled to them, according to the guidelines prescribed in sharee’ah.
Sadaqah means worshipping Allaah by giving money without that being made obligatory in sharee’ah. The word sadaqah is sometimes used to refer to obligatory zakaah.
With regard to the difference between zakaah and sadaqah, it is as follows:
1 – Zakaah is enjoined in Islam on specific things, which are: gold, silver, crops, fruits, trade goods and an’aam livestock, i.e., camels, cattle and sheep.
With regard to sadaqah, it is not obligatory on any kind of wealth, rather it is what a person can give, without any specific limits or guidelines.
2 – Zakaah is subject to the conditions that one full Hijri have passed since acquiring the wealth, and that the wealth meet the minimum threshold (nisaab), and it is a specific portion of wealth.
Sadaqah is not subject to any conditions, and it may be given at any time, in any amount.
3 – Allaah has enjoined that zakaah be given to certain types of people, and it is not permissible to give it to anyone else. They are the people mentioned in the verse (interpretation of the meaning):
“As-Sadaqaat (here it means Zakaah) are only for the Fuqaraa’ (poor), and Al-Masaakeen (the poor) and those employed to collect (the funds); and to attract the hearts of those who have been inclined (towards Islam); and to free the captives; and for those in debt; and for Allaah’s Cause (i.e. for Mujaahidoon — those fighting in a holy battle), and for the wayfarer (a traveller who is cut off from everything); a duty imposed by Allaah. And Allaah is All-Knower, All-Wise”
[al-Tawbah 9:60]
With regard to sadaqah, it may be given to those mentioned in the verse on zakaah and to others.
4 – Whoever dies and owes zakaah, his heirs must pay it from his wealth, and that takes precedence over the will (wasiyah) and inheritance.

Below Shown Photos are of the two rivers flowing in southern part near Cape Town , South Africa.

These rivers flow together and there nature came to know in the starting of 20th century where as ALLAH (SWT)mentioned the nature of these two rivers in Holy Quran around 1400years Back.

These two river flow together and finally settle down in the Ocean, taste of one river is extreamly sweet whereas the taste of another river is extreamly opposite (that is bitter) but they never mix. There is nothing in between these rivers which stops them from mixing togther but its is the will & order of ALLAH (SWT)
